Sob a \u00f3tica do Centro Educacional Ser Stella<\/em>, na escola, o conhecimento cient\u00edfico deve ser constru\u00eddo ativamente, revestindo-se de criticidade, coletividade, coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e consci\u00eancia social, colaborando para o avan\u00e7o integral de todos seres vivos.<\/span><\/p>\n

A concep\u00e7\u00e3o de escola do Ser Stella<\/em> baseia-se na ideia de Egr\u00e9gora, trazendo o territ\u00f3rio coletivo, hist\u00f3rico, social, pol\u00edtico, filos\u00f3fico, afetivo, multicultural, comunit\u00e1rio e democr\u00e1tico, onde os indiv\u00edduos envolvidos (pais, educadores e educandos) possam manifestar suas subjetividades, com a certeza de que ser\u00e3o acolhidos dentro de suas particularidades, necessidades e perspectivas, com dignidade, solidariedade e respeito.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sob a perspectiva pedag\u00f3gico-filos\u00f3fica do Ser Stella, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 integral, no sentido de que somos todos seres complexos. Acreditamos que a educa\u00e7\u00e3o deve garantir o desenvolvimento dos sujeitos em todas as suas dimens\u00f5es \u2013 intelectual, \u00e9tica, est\u00e9tica, f\u00edsica, emocional, social, pol\u00edtica e cultural. O educando que sai do espa\u00e7o escolar n\u00e3o deixa de refletir, aprender e construir ao ultrapassar os muros da escola. O que ele vive aqui, reflete em sua casa e vice-versa. Por isso, vivenciamos a educa\u00e7\u00e3o de maneira integral, no sentido de estarmos alinhados, escola e fam\u00edlia, orquestrando valores, trocando experi\u00eancias e possibilidades.<\/span><\/p>\n

No Ser Stella<\/em>, a fam\u00edlia \u00e9 parte fundamental da constru\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto como um todo. Aqui os pais se envolvem diretamente em todos os n\u00edveis da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o escolar: administrativo, financeiro, infraestrutural, pedag\u00f3gico etc. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 restri\u00e7\u00e3o alguma quanto \u00e0 presen\u00e7a e participa\u00e7\u00e3o da fam\u00edlia no cotidiano escolar, pelo contr\u00e1rio, diariamente temos pais e m\u00e3es circulando pelo espa\u00e7o, auxiliando as crian\u00e7as e educadores no dia a dia da escola, atrav\u00e9s de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de Comiss\u00f5es. Para pertencer \u00e0s Comiss\u00f5es \u00e9 preciso respeitar e participar ativamente do coletivo, compactuando e estando ciente do nosso regimento, bem como miss\u00e3o, vis\u00e3o e valores.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cabe salientar que o Centro Educacional Ser Stella<\/em> \u00e9 uma comunidade aprendente e que, desde sua concep\u00e7\u00e3o, foi planejado e constru\u00eddo por muitas m\u00e3os, vozes e cabe\u00e7as, e possui um perfil coletivo, colaborativo e comunit\u00e1rio. Em outras palavras, n\u00e3o somos como uma escola particular, onde os pais matriculam seus filhos e delegam sua educa\u00e7\u00e3o formal a uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino. Aqui, todos somos educadores e educandos, pais, filhos e colaboradores, convivemos e aprendemos juntos e, juntos, trilhamos nosso caminho.<\/span><\/p>\n
